Getting Started

What is myNUR?

myNUR is your daily readiness app. It combines recovery data from your wearable with a quick thermal body scan to give you a single score and a clear recommended action for the day — Safe, Recovery, Deceptive Readiness, or Danger.

How do I join my team?

Ask your coach or team administrator for an invite link or QR code. Open myNUR, tap ’Join a team’, and scan the QR code or paste the invite link. You’ll be connected instantly.

How often should I scan?

Your recommended scan frequency depends on your zone. Safe zone athletes scan weekly or biweekly depending on your team schedule. If you’re in Recovery or Deceptive Readiness, your team may schedule more frequent scans. Your support team manages this for you.

Body Scanning

What should I wear for a scan?

Minimal, form-fitting clothing gives the best results — compression shorts or a sports bra. Avoid thick or layered clothing, as it can block the thermal signal.

How long does a scan take?

The scan itself takes a few seconds. Simply stand in front of the NUR Sensor (either the smart mirror or the portable tablet) and stay still for a moment. No physical contact required.

My scan didn’t register. What should I do?

Make sure you’re standing within the marked zone and facing the sensor directly. If the issue persists, ask your team administrator to reset the scanner, or contact us using the form below.

Wearables & Data

Which devices does myNUR support?

myNUR connects with Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Apple Health, Fitbit, and 25+ other wearable platforms. You can view the full list in the app under Settings → Wearables.

My wearable isn’t syncing. What should I do?

First, make sure you’re wearing your device regularly so there’s data available to sync. Then open your wearable’s companion app and sync it to ensure the latest data has been uploaded. Once that’s done, check that your wearable appears in myNUR under Settings → Wearables and is shown as connected. If the issue persists after these steps, contact us using the form below.

How often is my wearable data updated?

myNUR pulls the latest available data from your wearable each time you open the app or trigger a scan. For the most accurate readiness score, ensure your wearable is synced before you scan.

Account & Privacy

Who can see my data?

If you’re part of a team or organisation, your readiness score and scan history are also visible to your designated coaching and support staff. If you’re using myNUR independently, only you can see your data.

How do I update my account email or password?

Go to Settings → Account in the app to update your email address or change your password. If you’ve lost access to your account, contact us using the form below.

How do I delete my account?

You can submit a data deletion request at mynur/support/delete-data (/nur/mynur/support/delete-data). We’ll permanently remove your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
